Jose
Bridge Bank is seeking a qualified individual as Credit Analyst in
the C&I department in San Jose. Duties include: assist loan officers
in preparing new loans/renewals; research and review UCC
activity; collect, organize, and analyze financial statements;
input financial data for credit analysis; generate reports
and work on special project; meet with loan officer to discuss
exceptions in reporting and covenant violations; facilitate
reporting and requests on behalf of the Bank with third parties; review
loan documents.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or

- Collects, organizes, and analyzes customer or
company data, such as financial statements and balance
sheets. Records data on spreadsheet, using personal computer
software programs, such as excel.
- Conducts verification, notification, debtor credit
analysis and other collateral management duties.
- Enters
codes for computer program to generate financial ratios

- As

Operations Officer, Real Estate Division, San
Jose
Bridge Bank’s Real Estate Lending Division is seeking
an individual that can oversee the Loan Operation, Boarding & Servicing
function. The candidate that we are looking for will be familiar
with commercial credit loan documentation, loan advances
and file maintenance. Familiarity with SBA loan requirements
is a plus. More specifically, this will include:
- Review bank loan approval terms and conditions
and confirm they were met for loan funding. This will include
review of credit file for completeness to bank (and SBA
standards) and bank loan funding requirements
- Order, review and arrange for signing of Loan Documents.
- Process
signed documents for loan funding.
- Review file for
appropriate perfection of collateral position
- Administer
loan advances
- Set-up and monitor tickler to ensure
receipt of required documents and forms. Contact client
for follow-up as needed.
- Prepare and submit monthly
reports including the SBA 1502 Report
- Ensure that
credit files are set-up and maintained per department guidelines
- Ensure bank compliance with SBA and Regulatory authorities
including working with various bank auditors as necessary
- Prepare
loan checklist and loan application packages
- Order
necessary credit, flood, UCC and other reports as needed.

Management Reporting Analyst, San
Jose, CA
Bridge Bank is seeking a qualified individual as Management Reporting
Analyst for the San Jose office. Duties include: maintain
finance and accounting related policies and procedures to ensure compliance
with bank policies; create and distribute reports from reporting system
using Viewpoint, Excel and Access; manage databases and perform regression
analysis using historical data; utilize MS Access, and Excel
to analyze, interpret and research data as needed; provide comprehensive
and timely loan and deposit portfolio information to bank's personnel;
maintain bank's warrant portfolio; responsibilities include warrant
valuation, maintain subsidiary ledgers to reconcile to the general ledger.
Prepare reports for Warrant Committee and warrant portfolio managers;
prepare report from the bank's profitability system; DMS, FTP,
OPS & RPM;
systematically identify and define problems, evaluate alternatives,
and implement effective solutions; assist in the continuous improvement
of the content and accuracy of reported information, developing new tools
and methods to complete tasks efficiently; ability to work
with different levels of management and staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance from
a four year accredited university
- Minimum three years work experience in accounting
and finance area
- Require strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
and SQL programming language
